Dedicated GPS Antenna Required For Masterclock (Especially if there are two)

In Modec, there are two Masterclocks and it is found out that the time is out of sync by a second or two between the Masterclocks. This happens because GPS signal is split up in NMEA buffer, which seems to have added the latency for the Masterclocks. One solution is for one Masterclock to get the time source from the other through the sync module (additional cost), but this takes away the redundancy purpose.

Therefore, it is recommended to have a dedicated GPS antenna for the individual Masterclock without any buffer in between.
